  • 1 tsp dried lemon balm
  • 1 tsp chamomile flowers
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions
 

  • Add lemon balm and chamomile to a tea strainer or tea pot.
  • Pour hot water over the herbs. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
